How it works
For LEGO Fans, By LEGO Fans.
Listing LEGO sets is time-consuming. Buying LEGO sets is expensive. Snapstr helps you list sets in under 60 seconds, and buy them without any overhead fees from people near you.
Selling a LEGO set has never been this easy.
One photo is the entire job. Identifying it, pricing it from real sales, writing the listing, posting it, and negotiating with buyers at midnight all happen without you — and nothing goes live until you approve it. Shelf to live listing in about a minute.
Take a photo
The set on your shelf, on the floor, in the box or out of it. One photo. That is the entire amount of work you do.
It gets identified
A vision model reads the set out of the photo — name, set number, theme — and pulls its catalog entry. No barcode, no typing, no dropdown menus.
It gets priced from real sales
Sold comps, not guesses. Every number carries the source it came from. If nothing citable backs a price, you get no number rather than an invented one.
You approve — nothing moves before this
Title, photos, asking price, and the floor you will not go below. Change anything. Nothing publishes until you say so.
It publishes
To the Snapstr map, and to eBay at the same time if you have connected an eBay account — connecting eBay is optional. Both are local-pickup listings: an eBay buyer arranges collection and pays you cash in person. No shipping label, no eBay checkout.
It negotiates for you
Offers arrive at midnight and it answers at midnight. It counters with the same comps you saw, and it never goes below your floor — buyers are never told what that floor is, however they ask.
You meet up and get paid
Local pickup, cash in hand. No shipping label, no payout wait, no platform cut on the way through.
Buying LEGO sets — faster, cheaper and smoother than ever.
Sets from neighbors a few streets away, at cash prices with no fees stacked on top. Offers get answered in seconds instead of days, and the price you see comes with the sold listings behind it. Browsing needs no account; your first message takes one sign-in.
Open the map
Sets near you, as pins. You browse by what is close, not by what is trending.
Tap a set
Photos, condition, completeness, asking price — and the sold listings that price was built from. You can check the seller's math before you say a word.
Type your question, then sign in once
Browsing needs no account, but messaging a seller does. Type the question first — Snapstr holds it while you sign in with an emailed link, then sends the very message you wrote. One sign-in, no password, nothing retyped.
Make an offer — get an answer now
The seller's agent replies in seconds, day or night, and negotiates with market data instead of silence. A fair offer closes immediately.
Agree on a price
When you land on a number the deal is locked and the seller is notified. No "sorry, just sold it" an hour later.
Pick it up and pay cash
A public spot near the seller. Cash means no processing fee riding on top of the price you agreed.
Meet up
LOCAL · CASH · NO FEES
Both paths end in the same place: two people, one set, a handshake. Snapstr does the typing, the pricing and the back-and-forth — it does not stand between you at the curb.

Questions people actually ask
Before you start.
Do I need an account to buy?
To look, no — the map and every listing are open. To message a seller or agree a price, yes: one sign-in with an emailed link, no password. Type your question first and it is sent for you the moment you are in.
Do I need an eBay account?
No. Without one, your set is listed on Snapstr only. Connect eBay and the same set goes to both at once — it is opt-in, per seller, and you can sell without ever touching it.
What if it identifies the set wrong, or prices it wrong?
You see everything it worked out before anything is published, and you can change any of it. The approval step exists exactly for this.
Will the agent undersell my set?
It cannot go below the floor you set. The floor is never disclosed to a buyer — not in a counter-offer, not if a buyer asks for it directly, not if a buyer tries to talk the agent into revealing it.
What does it cost?
Nothing. Local pickup and cash mean there is no payment to process, so there is no cut to take.
Can it ship?
Not today — Snapstr is local pickup only, and that includes the eBay side. Your set goes up on eBay as a local-pickup listing, so an eBay buyer collects it in person and pays cash the same way a Snapstr buyer does. No shipping label, no eBay checkout, no cut taken on the way through.
Do buyers know they are talking to an agent?
Yes. It negotiates on the seller's behalf and says so — it does not pretend to be the person whose set it is selling.
